All gift cards purchased from 360 Degrees LLC are considered final. As stated in the app, gift cards purchased from 360 Degrees LLC are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Please visit the merchant’s website prior to purchasing a gift card from 360 Degrees LLC — gift cards are subject to that individual merchant’s terms and conditions.
In case 360 Degrees LLC can accommodate a refund, it may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is determined on a case-to-case basis and may range from 10-40%.

Gift cards purchased from 360 Degrees LLC is a merchant’s specific gift card. It is not a “360 Degrees LLC gift card”.
When a product/service purchased with a gift card is returned, the merchant may:
- Return the balance on the same gift card. In that case, you may use the same gift card found in the 360 Degrees LLC app for future purchases.
- Return the balance on a new gift card. In that case, please coordinate with the merchant.
- Return the balance to your “online wallet” or account found in that merchant’s website.
